Day 1 Cairo

Upon arrival in Cairo Airport, you will be met by TSC Travel representative who will facilitate the visa process, escort you through customs and immigration. Then, continue on to the baggage claim hall and finally transferred to your selected hotel. Stay overnight in Cairo.

Day 2 Cairo: Memphis, Saqqara & Pyramids Tour

Enjoy buffet breakfast in your hotel. Then you will meet your personal tour guide who is also a trained Egyptologist. Today you will explore the relics of the Ancient Egyptians include visits to the ancient Memphis, Necropolis of Saqqara, Chephren Pyramid and the Great Pyramids of Giza, the only standing wonder for the ancient world. You will enjoy a buffet lunch at a great local restaurant. Next, you will see the famous Sphinx which have a human face and lion’s body and whose constructor still a mystery, but its sheer beauty and allure has mystified the likes of Alexander the Great and Napoleon. End the day by enjoying the panoramic view of the Giza Pyramids and why not to experience a camel or horse riding around the Pyramids? After a wonderful day, you will return to your hotel. Stay overnight in Cairo.

*** Please note the entrance to the Pyramids or Camel ride not included in our package. You must notify your tour guide at the beginning of the tour because a limited number of people are allowed inside the Pyramids daily and cost needs to be paid directly. ***

Day 3 Cairo - Nile Cruise*: Luxor

Today you will be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor. Embark on your cruise where you will be welcomed by your personal tour guide and begin your visits in Luxor.The first visit to the West Bank is known for its necropolis and mortuary temples: the Valley of the Kings. In Ancient Egyptian mythology "The West" symbolized the journey to the afterlife, for this reason, Egyptian pharaohs buried to the west bank. Here you will discover Necropolis of Thebes also called "Valley of the Kings" where archaeologists discovered 62 tombs but you will only be able to see 3 of them excluding the famous Tutankhamun Tomb (King Tut's Tomb). Next, you will visit the recently renovated mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut was one of the most successful pharaohs, reigning longer than any other woman of an Egyptian dynasty. Finally, see the huge Colossi of Memnon which are all that remained from the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III and return to your cruise for lunch.
 
After lunch, you will discover the East Bank of Luxor including visits to the most impressive temples of Karnak and Luxor. First, visit the Temples of Karnak where you will walk along the Avenue of Sphinx to enter the massive temple complex. Next visit to Luxor Temple was once joined to the Temples of Karnak by a 2 km long Avenue of Sphinx. Return to the cruise to sail along the Nile River. A buffet dinner will be served on board.

Day 4 Nile Cruise* : Luxor -  Esna - Edfu 

Today, you will mostly sail along the Nile River the longest river in the world is the lifeblood of Egypt, a land known for its history and civilization. On your way to Kom Ombo, you will stop at  Edfu at the south of Luxor and is the site of one of the greatest and best-preserved temples of ancient Egypt. The temple of Edfu was dedicated to Horus (son of Isis) and provides a wealth of information through its inscriptions, which describe the founding and construction methods of similar temples, as well as daily rituals and myths of ancient times. This temple is considered as the second largest temple in Egypt after Karnak Temple.
 
Dinner will be served on board. Sail along the beautiful Nile River.

Day 5 Nile Cruise*: Kom Ombo - Aswan

Breakfast served on board. You will visit Kom Ombo Temple dated to the Ptolemaic era. The temple is a combination of two temples: one side dedicated to the god Haroesis "Good Doctor" and the other side to Sobek (the crocodile god combined with the sun god Re). The ancient Egyptians believed that by honoring the fearsome crocodile as a god, they would be safe from attacks. Return to your cruise ship and sail to Aswan. 
 
Aswan is the sunniest southern city and also offers a rich cultural experience; to know the Nubian culture, shop for spices, henna tattoos, souvenirs and African handmade goods at the Aswan souk. Aswan gets its name from the Ancient Egyptian word “Soun” means trade. Dinner will be served on board and you are invited to "a Galabeya Party" on board. Don't forget to wear your traditional Egyptian style costumes.

Day 6 Nile Cruise*: Aswan

After breakfast you will visit High Dam is the biggest in Egypt and collects water from Lake Nasser is the world's largest artificial lake. Next, we will visit the Philae Temple dedicated to the Goddess Iris and stands on the island of Agilika. Thus we will need to use small boats to reach the island which will also give you chance to take wonderful photos. The original site of the temple when it was relocated by UNESCO after the building of the Aswan Dam threatened the site. Don't forget that you can also join our optional Sound and Light Show to see the temple in the evening.
 
Before return to your ship, you will enjoy a traditional felucca ride around Elephantine Island and the Botanical Gardens. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 7 Aswan - Cairo

Today you will have a chance to join our option Abu Simbel Tour arranged either by plane or bus depending on your budget. Don't forget that Abu Simbel is one of the must saw places of Egypt with the most familiar image of ancient Egypt. Otherwise, you will be transferred to the airport to Aswan Airport to take your flight back Cairo. Arrive in Cairo and transfer to your hotel. Stay overnight in Cairo.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. End of our services.

We do not have an online booking system because most of our services are personalized and different conditions may apply for specific requests. You can call us, send an email, or complete a tour request form so that our Egypt travel specialists can help you to select the best tour for your travel needs. When you submit our tour contact form, one of our specialists will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability.
 
What do you need from me to begin a proposal for a customized Egypt tour?
Fill out a customized tour request form that provides us with useful insight on how to design a trip that will suit your travel needs. If you are interested in customizing one of our tour packages, you can email us the name of the tour package and estimated date you have chosen to start the tour.
 
Can TSC design a customized trip for our group’s interests?
We will gladly work with you to offer an Egypt tour package tailored to your group’s interests. For this, you need to provide us your group details, interests, and travel needs.
 
Is airfare included in programs? Can I book my international flight through you?
Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point. You can purchase your airfare tickets through the internet or a wholesaler. By booking your own flight, you have more flexibility and control of your choices - in real time.
 
What type of accommodation do we use?
TSC Travel uses hotels situated at excellent locations and close to all amenities. Room types range from double rooms to junior suites, depending on the package of choice. Amenities and facilities may differ from those in South America, North America, Australia or Malaysia.
 
What type of transportation is used on tours?
TSC Travel utilizes a variety of transportation methods including public and private minivans, cars, coaches, trains, flights, ferries, boats, etc. We use whichever method provides travelers with the safest and most efficient transportation option.
 
Do you cooperate with travel agents?
If you are a registered travel agency with a wish to co-operate in business, please fill out our contact form.
Booking Conditions

Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We require a deposit payment at time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit payment is payable by credit card or bank transfer.
 
Credit Card: For your protection, we need you to sign the credit card payment form upon receipt and return it with verification of legal identification (e.g. copy of your passport or driver’s license) after your credit card has been charged. We will inform you in advance of purchase of any credit card fees that may apply.
 
Bank transfer: Payment can be sent to our company bank accounts. Our representative will send you detailed information for the booking process including bank transfer details.  Please note our rates do not include the transfer costs of your bank or their agents. Please be sure that all costs paid additionally!
 
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing directly to TSC Travel. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of airfare, hotel bookings, or any other extra services which have been made directly by the client.The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified for all land packages, tours and programs;
 
Prior to arrival:
Charge 60 days or more: 10% of selling price (Administrative Fee)
59-46 days: non-refundable deposit 35% of selling price
45-21 days: 50% of selling price
20-0 days: 100% of selling price
* Special conditions apply for canceling of tailor-made tour programs.
 
The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified for tours that include a Cruise program:
 
Prior to arrival:

20-8 days: 75% of selling price.
7-0 days: 100% of selling price.

If you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We are unable to make refunds for absences from a tour, including but not limited to missed meals or entrance tickets.
 
Flight/ferry/train/bus tickets are not included in the above cancellation policy. Once your program is confirmed and the tickets are purchased, any changes to the dates of the program will incur a change fee or in case of cancellation, (this is additional to the service fee), 100% cancellation fee for the tickets will be incurred regardless of the above cancellation policy. When and How I will receive my tour documents?
Travel documents and electronic flight tickets are usually sent 21 days prior to departure. However, you will receive tour vouchers, maps, ferry, bus or train tickets and other required information upon arrival in Turkey. This will be included in a welcome package waiting for you upon arrival at your hotel.
